This is a joint event with the London Natural History Society
One Tree Hill Allotment site was established in the 1940s, today it is an important environmental resource and part of a green corridor covering over nine acres. There are more than 90 plots being cultivated, many of which include organic and wildlife friendly gardening.
Meet 11:00 at site entrance, (described on map as the recreation ground for location purposes only), up track off Honor Oak Park almost adjacent to Honor Oak Recreation Ground car park (TQ35710 74207), c.5 minutes walk uphill from Honor Oak Park Station (TQ359741, NR London Bridge).
